Age Policy
• MedSpa treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over.
• Proof of age may be requested at your first appointment.
Consultations & Suitability
• Every treatment begins with a bespoke consultation where we discuss your goals, assess your needs, and explain all options thoroughly.
• Some treatments may not be suitable depending on medical conditions or contraindications — your safety is our priority.
Results & Photography
• All before-and-after photos are shared with client consent and for illustration purposes only.
• As every face and skin type is unique, individual results will always vary.
Risks & Aftercare
• Every aesthetic treatment carries a small degree of risk — this will be explained clearly in your consultation.
• Aftercare guidance is provided for every treatment to support safe healing and beautiful results, but it does not replace emergency care if required.
Bookings & Cancellations
• A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing your deposit.
